Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and motivate athletes in a positive and supportive environment.

Duties:
- Develop and implement gymnastics training programs for individuals and groups
- Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and safety measures
- Plan and lead engaging warm-up exercises, drills, and conditioning activities
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help athletes improve their skills
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as needed
- Ensure equipment is properly set up and maintained for each session
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team practices, competitions, and events

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or participation in gymnastics at a competitive level
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with athletes of all ages
- Ability to demonstrate proper techniques and provide clear instructions
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate athletes to achieve their goals
- Childcare or physical education experience is a plus
- Additional experience in martial arts (karate, judo), cheerleading, or lifeguarding is beneficial
